Waterworks Updates

Please find attached (2) important NSF updates to read and pass to your sales teams. The first document calls out (17) items that we are pulling from the web site as they have yet to pass NSF 61 compliance. These (17) items are temporarily suspended from quoting/ordering or shipping until they pass. With August closures looming we determined it was best to remove these items from the web site and the portal and direct clients to other available products. The second document will give your sales teams some talking points regarding the ongoing delays due to NSF compliance. I hope they find these helpful when talking to clients. If you have a client escalation, we are happy to speak them on your behalf. We have also called out some options should your client prefer to change their order.

Tomorrow you will be receiving a file with your open quotes and open orders. If your client can wait, there is no need to do anything. If your client would like to substitute product you may work with your regional. We may in some instances be able to provide a temporary solution. Please work with your Regional teams to determine the best course of action for your client.
