We wanted to inform you of some temporary adjustments to our lead times, effective immediately. Due to increased sales volume and unforeseen challenges with our third-party electroplating sources, we will be extending lead times as listed below. This includes door hardware and PVD finishing. Our quick ship program remains the same and will ship in 24 hours.

During this period, we will temporarily suspend our expedite program; however, please rest assured that this is only a temporary measure.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this. We are confident that we will soon return to our usual lead times and continue to provide you with the exceptional service you expect from us.

The new lead times are as follows:

Here are some important updates regarding our dishwashers. 

We are completely out of the G7156SCVI and G7566SCVI as well in NJ and Chicago.  In addition we sold out of the G7106SCUSS in Chicago but there are still some left in NJ to pull from.

I highlighted 3 models that are expected to be sold out nationally in the next 3-4 days.  Noted in Blue.  G7566SCVISF, G7596SCVI and G7316SCUSS.  Again these 3 models are expected to be gone by Monday or Tuesday next week.

If any one needs these to fulfill orders please get those in as soon as possible otherwise we will need to switch them to a New Gen model with the same features!

The new Gen will start shipping on Aug 1. The new models are only the 7000 series. All 5000 series will remain the same. I am working on getting around to your stores to see which models will need to be updated. I have attached all of the product spec sheets along with a dishwasher comparison guide and a replacement guide. This should help out when needing to switch a customer from old gen to new gen. Good news is that yes we will have to learn some more features to models but we are going from 19 models to 12 models so it should be better in the long run. With that being said I know that this may seem like a lot so please reach out with any questions. 

I have added the new SPIFF program from July-September. I also added some examples of smaller packages that still get nice size returns for the sales team. We have been pretty aggressive with our SPIFFs and wanted to make sure that everyone was aware of them and possibilities!!! Please let me know if you have any questions!!

Below are the current promotions. The FREE Coffee (CM5300) has now expired as of yesterday. Good news is that we had started a new dishwasher promo starting today!!
