Please read attentively as the below information concerns your SPIFF payments for Distinctive Appliances Distributing and Amiel US.

 

Global Cash Card, your current charge card provider, has terminated its reloadable card program and has made its last payment to your card on February 16th. Until the cards are ready with our new card provider (approximately 4 to 6 weeks), payments will be issued to you by check on a bi-weekly basis. Please ensure that the address that we have on file is the correct mailing address where you can receive your payments. The address can be verified while visiting the sales associate portal and clicking on your profile tab.

 

The balance on your card can be exhausted until FEBRUARY 28, after which time your card will no longer be active.

You can request a check for the remaining balance, from Global Cash Card at 1-866-395-9200, with no charge to you.

Baldwin MAP Policy update – Launch

Good afternoon;

I wanted to give you an update on the Baldwin MAP policy.

The Baldwin Marketing Team has been working hand in hand with our Sales, Leadership and Legal Teams to determine the best course of action for a new MAPP program.  The new program will go live on March 31, 2015 and is detailed in the attached document.  This is a unilateral policy being implemented at the corporate level by Spectrum Brands, and will be enforced to both direct and indirect resellers of the Baldwin product line.

Unlike previous programs, this new edition will be launched with a focus beginning with high velocity Estate SKUs and will grow as it is successfully implemented.  We will also be working in conjunction with a third party firm that specializes in enforcement of these types of programs, to help ensure that implementation is as consistent as possible across our entire marketplace.  We look forward to working through this exciting project in an effort to maintain and grow the success and integrity of the entire Baldwin business.

Alno, Inc. is pleased to announce that, on January 29, 2015, it entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Bates and Bates, a world leading manufacturer of quality bath basins.

 

Alno looks forward to adding the Bates and Bates product lines to our family of products and we intend to continue the manufacturing of basins at the Bates and Bates plant in Oxnard, CA and in Mexico.  This acquisition of the Bates and Bates products enables our company to further expand and enhance its offerings in the bath products marketplace and we believe that this will result in increased market share.
