Global Cash Card, your current charge card provider, has terminated its reloadable card program and has made its last payment to your card on February 16th. Until the cards are ready with our new card provider (approximately 4 to 6 weeks), payments will be issued to you by check on a bi-weekly basis. Please ensure that the address that we have on file is the correct mailing address where you can receive your payments. The address can be verified while visiting the sales associate portal and clicking on your profile tab.
The balance on your card can be exhausted until FEBRUARY 28, after which time your card will no longer be active.
You can request a check for the remaining balance, from Global Cash Card at 1-866-395-9200, with no charge to you.
