2016 New Product (1)

Good evening.

I wanted to send you an update about an upcoming price increase on existing Baldwin Reserve product. Baldwin Reserve will also be launching a new crystal knob, contemporary knob, 2 new contemporary handlesets and polish nickel for all products in the Traditional and Contemporary families. More details will be announced in early Feb. The new products are in the PDF version of catalog.

Effective April 4, 2016, new list prices will be established for Baldwin Reserve products.

The changes are limited to select product categories and comprise a 1.07% average increase across the Reserve portfolio.

Below are additional details:

· Reserve orders placed prior to April 4, 2016 will be entered using current list prices.
· Reserve orders placed starting April 4, 2016 will be entered using the new list prices.
· New Reserve price books will ship early February to customers (PDF version enclosed).
· The enclosed Excel spreadsheet contains new list prices and SKU detail for existing SKUs.
· An Excel spreadsheet containing list prices and SKU detail for new SKUs that are part of the Reserve product launch will be distributed late February.
· The Reserve product launch includes new Contemporary and Traditional styles, new Polished Nickel finish and new privacy function enhancement.
o An official launch announcement will be distributed in February, 2016.
