| Due to ongoing increases in transportation costs, we are making an adjustment to our LTL flat rate fee effective, March 17th, 2025. This change is necessary to continue providing the level of service you expect from us, while navigating rising logistics costs. At this time, there will be no change to our FFA thresholds or parcel flat rate fee. We understand that any price change can be challenging, and we remain committed to offering easily-attainable FFA thresholds and discounted shipping rates with minimal updates to insulate our customers from freight volatility. Our Transportation teams are constantly monitoring freight and if rates sustain a shift downward in the future, then we will adjust accordingly. Water Street Brass Lead Time Update 2/20
We wanted to inform you of an adjustment to our lead times, effective immediately. Due to increased volume and unforeseen equipment challenges, we will be extending lead times as listed below. This includes door hardware and PVD finishing. Our quick ship program continues to target 24 hour turnaround, but we have extended the commitment to 72 hours.
During this period, we will temporarily suspend our expedite program; however, please rest assured that this is only a temporary measure.
The decision to increase lead times does not come lightly, but to improve reliability of delivery dates, it is a necessary change as we satisfy an increased demand. We are in the process of implementing capacity/process improvements that will begin having an impact in the coming weeks, and we will always strive to ship before the delivery dates. We are committed to reducing lead time back to or below previous levels but will not make that change until we can confidently commit to those lead times, which will likely take some time.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this. We are confident that we will soon return to our usual lead times and continue to provide you with the exceptional service you expect from us.
The new lead times are as follows:

PVD: 22 weeks
DOOR HARDWARE
SMALL ORDERS: 10–12 weeks

New Blanco 2025 Salsify Catalog
Blanco released a new 2025 Dealer Catalog. I use this site as it provides better information than the standard site and I think makes finding products much easier. For instance if you search a sink you can then see everything related to that sink such as spec sheets, compatible accessories, etc.

In the new price book you’ll find all of the new finishes that we introduced throughout last year, Amber Brass, Antique Brass Gloss, Old Brass Matt and Anthracite. You will also find the additional One Hundred Collection Spouts and the Slim LMK Spouts. Also included are our updated shower arms, offering increased flexibility and an easier installation.
