| Due to ongoing increases in transportation costs, we are making an adjustment to our LTL flat rate fee effective, March 17th, 2025. This change is necessary to continue providing the level of service you expect from us, while navigating rising logistics costs. At this time, there will be no change to our FFA thresholds or parcel flat rate fee. We understand that any price change can be challenging, and we remain committed to offering easily-attainable FFA thresholds and discounted shipping rates with minimal updates to insulate our customers from freight volatility. Our Transportation teams are constantly monitoring freight and if rates sustain a shift downward in the future, then we will adjust accordingly.
