InSinkErator^® is pleased to announce the launch of a new Water Chiller (CWT100) and a cold-only faucet (C1100).

The NEW CWT100 Water Chiller is designed to fit under kitchen sinks and is ready to dispense water as cold as 40°F

These products ARE in stock and available for order.

You may remember a few years back when ISE offered a COLD ONLY Faucet to accompany their HOT and HOT/COLD Faucet product line.

There are two Faucet options to go along with the COLD ONLY CHILLER TANK, in Chrome and Satin Nickel finishes.

Attached is the 2020 Builder Program. The program starts April 1, 2020.

   Please note that all builders must be approved. After a builder is approved, the builder is assigned a separate code. All orders and quotes must used builder code. (We can no longer have orders re-done. Plus, I would think that pricing/cost would stop an order from being placed incorrectly). All builder orders must use code and be marked builder order as type. Also, please note, the minimum quantity is 16 units, and pricing starts with a package.

At this time, we are looking at a multiplier of a .30(70% off) to the distributor for personal use products with a maximum per person of $250 per 18 months. Please provide as much information as you can about the company/person benefiting from the discounts.

I wanted to give you an update regarding the Baldwin Customer Service team.

The entire Baldwin Customer Service team will begin transitioning to work remotely from home by end of day. 

A few notes:

·         The team will be going home in staggered shifts and setting up from their laptops in order to not disrupt business as much.

·         Laptops will allow them to answer phone calls, but it may sound a little weird.  Telephone number to call customer service will still be same (800) 437-7448. 

·         Team will not have access to Fax so please email all orders to orders@baldwinhardware.com.
