I wanted to give you an update regarding the Baldwin Customer Service team.
The entire Baldwin Customer Service team will begin transitioning to work remotely from home by end of day.
A few notes:
· The team will be going home in staggered shifts and setting up from their laptops in order to not disrupt business as much.
· Laptops will allow them to answer phone calls, but it may sound a little weird. Telephone number to call customer service will still be same (800) 437-7448.
· Team will not have access to Fax so please email all orders to orders@baldwinhardware.com.
