NEW SAFETY GUIDELINES:
To protect our dealers, consumers and staff members, we are following the CDC guidelines and implementing the following safety procedures below. We are asking you to join us in the fight against COVID-19 as we re-open Ohio responsibly: 

1. Appointments in our showroom will be made for adult consumers (and their trade professionals if desired). Social distancing of 6 ft between guests, other patrons and staff will take place. So that our clients have our undivided attention, we will take only one appointment during each scheduled timeframe, aiding in the distancing. We are asking that clients please call us if they are running late so that we may reschedule if necessary.
2. The Trevarrow, Inc. team will be wearing masks to protect our employees and guests. We ask guests to also please wear a mask when entering our facility. Disposable masks will be available.
3. Gloves will be provided to customers entering our showrooms to use if they wish.
4. Heightened cleaning precautions will take place including regular disinfecting of high touch surfaces and the availability of hand sanitizer.

I hope everyone is staying safe.

I wanted to give you all an update on Baldwin Estate’s production facility in Nogales Mexico.

As you all know the Mexican Government closed all non-medical manufacturing in the town of Nogales in early April due to Covid19.  Based on closure we started giving all new orders a 8 week lead-time.  We also extended lead-times on open orders that we did not have in stock at our distribution facility in Kansas.

As of today no official opening has been given for the Nogales, MX production facility.  With this in mind we have to make adjustments to lead-times. 

·         Any current open orders that have already been acknowledged please add additional 4 weeks.

·         Any new Estate orders that Baldwin does not have stock will be acknowledged with 12 weeks.  This does not affect Baldwin Quickship program.

You should start getting updated acknowledgement early next week on open orders.

I continue to get weekly open order updates if you want to call me to check on a specific line item please do.  I’d be happy to work with you to find alternatives in our Quickship Estate Program, Baldwin Reserve or with one of our wholesale suppliers.

Baldwin is extremely hopeful this is a worse case extension. We are already starting to see surrounding states along the northern border in Mexico starting to open up manufacturing.  If I get any news good or bad I will be sure to send out update immediately.
