We will be open by appointment only, to carefully assist clients using appropriate social distancing while maintaining a clean and healthy environment. Additionally, as we have been doing in the last few weeks, we will continue to offer virtual appointments for those who would prefer to shop from the comfort their home.
NEW SAFETY GUIDELINES:
To protect our dealers, consumers and staff members, we are following the CDC guidelines and implementing the following safety procedures below. We are asking you to join us in the fight against COVID-19 as we re-open Ohio responsibly:
- Appointments in our showroom will be made for adult consumers (and their trade professionals if desired). Social distancing of 6 ft between guests, other patrons and staff will take place. So that our clients have our undivided attention, we will take only one appointment during each scheduled timeframe, aiding in the distancing. We are asking that clients please call us if they are running late so that we may reschedule if necessary.
- The Trevarrow, Inc. team will be wearing masks to protect our employees and guests. We ask guests to also please wear a mask when entering our facility. Disposable masks will be available.
- Gloves will be provided to customers entering our showrooms to use if they wish.
- Heightened cleaning precautions will take place including regular disinfecting of high touch surfaces and the availability of hand sanitizer.
