Please see attached an updated chart displaying the current Washlet selection.

As mentioned in previous announcements, the S300/S350e are only going to be available in Round Front ( RF ) moving forward. Otherwise, please use the S500/S550e as a replacement.

Also, please note the change on the C series with the addition of the C2 and C5 Washlets, which will be T40 compatible. This also means that the T20 ( previous “Connect Plus” or now known as the Washlet Plus T20 ) units will be phased out as all china transitions to the T40.

To quickly summarize, the T40 Washlet + china will have the hole in the bowl for the Washlet water and power lines to feed through. They created the T40 and have started to phase out the T20 since the SS124 seat will cover the hole on T40 china. This means, that if the customer may want a Washlet + system but they do not want it right now or do not have the budget, they can easily add the C2, C5, S500e, or S550e in the future and still have the concealed water and power lines that are preferrable with the Washlet + look.
