- Expedited shipments are current. We ask that you please do not offer expedited delivery without gaining prior approval from your Regional Manager.
We will continue to provide updates until the Distribution Center returns to the standard turnaround time of 4-5 business days.

Non-Buying Signals
For over 30 years, I have talked about the importance of recognizing your prospects’ verbal (how long will it take?) and non-verbal (nodding head in agreement) buying signals.
I don’t recall talking about the importance of recognizing their non-buying signals such as, “I’m looking for the best price” or displaying disinterest by being totally disengaged from the conversation.
That means it’s time to stop and question their motives before moving on in the conversation. In other words, determine if this is a “yes” or a “not now”?

Enhanced Viking Spiffs
Please see the new Viking Spiff program that also was effective August 1st. The spiffs have been increased on Viking products to coincide with the new, improved consumer promotions. If a current spiff was $50, it’s going up to $75. If currently $100, it’s going up to $150, etc.
Cal Faucet: Temporary Delays in Kitchen Line
Due to Covid-related supply chain issues, we’re unfortunately encountering some unexpected delays by the Italian suppliers that provide key components of our kitchen line. Please note the following:
- We are postponing the launch of our new La Spezia K55 kitchen faucet until further notice.
- Estimated lead times for all other kitchen faucets* (K10, K30, K50, K51) will be extended 6 to 8 weeks beyond standard estimated lead times. This applies to both existing and future orders. Please note that the delays are approximate and that individual orders may be delivered earlier or later than expected.
We sincerely apologize and are working with our vendor partners to remedy the situation as swiftly as humanly possible. Please know that we share your frustration of ongoing supply chain issues. It is a challenge that we continue to devote tremendous resources towards addressing. Your understanding and patience is greatly appreciated.
*Applies to main and prep faucets only. All accessories are currently unaffected.
