Please read below and the two attached announcements regarding the stock status of the 42″ & 48″ SXS Refrigerators and Refrigeration Panel Update and important information on installing & powering up the new Viking Veil units.

POWERING UP NEW VEIL REFRIGERATION UNITS:

Please see the attached bulletin regarding normal power-up behavior for Veil Integrated Refrigeration units. We have received reports of units briefly powering on and then shutting off when first plugged in. This is intentional design behavior and does not indicate a defect or electrical issue. The temporary activation sequence is part of the installation verification process and confirms the unit is connected to a live power source.

 The unit will remain OFF after this sequence and must be manually powered on to begin normal operation.

VIKING SXS REFRIGERATION STOCK & PRODUCTION & REFRIGERATION PANEL UPDATE:

Please see the attached bulletin for important updates regarding Viking 42” and 48” Side-by-Side refrigeration production and panel availability.

Key highlights:

• 42” inventory is depleted; new production from Greenville begins end of March with dealer shipments expected the week of April 13.
• 48” inventory is limited and expected to last through mid-March (order rate dependent). Shipments from Greenville are expected the week of May 4 once current inventory is depleted.
• Painted panel lead times remain 10–12 weeks.

 Inventory visibility remains available on the Dealer Portal.

Hestan | Aspire V26.1 pricing becomes effective March 1^st.  A recap of average price changes is as follows:

• Grills – 5% to 10% increase
• Carts – 2% increase for Hestan; 5% to 7% increase for Aspire
• Side & Power Burners – 4% to 5% increase for Hestan; 9% to 11% increase Aspire
• Pizza Oven – 3% increase
• Warming Drawers – 3% increase EXCEPT Overlay model went down 13.5%
• Hoods – 6% increase
• Refrigeration – No increase EXCEPT ERS24 Refrigerator took a 31% increase; ECD24 drop-in cooler went up 7%
• 12 ft. Entertainment Suites for Pizza oven went down 4% to 13%
• 12 ft. Entertainment Suite for Beer dispenser w/ foot rail went down 14%  
• Most after-market control panel pricing and several accessories went up but the percentages vary greatly.  Hestan stated this is due to correcting historical inconsistencies.  

Current Lead Times:

• WETSTYLE bathtubs (freestanding, alcove, and drop-in): 4 weeks
• WETSTYLE sinks (vessel, countertop, and undermount): 4 weeks
• WETSTYLE shower trays: 2-3 weeks
• WETSTYLE wooden furniture: 10–11 weeks

Over the past several months, we have implemented changes to our furniture production process. These improvements were made to maintain our high-quality standards while avoiding price increases. You will notice in the new price list effective March 1, 2026, that pricing has remained the same—and in several cases, has decreased. We appreciate your patience during the longer and less predictable furniture lead times this past fall and winter. The situation is improving, and we expect to return to 6–8 weeks shortly.

Additional updates:

• New freight maps have been distributed.
• The 2026 price lists have been sent in both PDF and Excel formats.
• There have been price reductions on select tubs and sink models.
• The new Jacobson bathtub molds (BJC01 and BJC02) are now in production, and we are ready to begin fulfilling orders.

Critical Installation Requirement

Please be advised that the internal motor protection filter is not factory-installed. It is shipped as a separate component within the packaging. The installing technician must manually install this filter before the unit is powered on or tested.

Why this matters:

• Motor Protection: The filter prevents debris and liquids from entering the vacuum pump system.
• Damage Risk: Operating the unit without the filter can lead to immediate or premature motor failure.
