Hot Rush is back!                           We are generally back to pre-pandemic lead times but if a customer needs something quick, Hot Rush is available.  The charges remain as shown on Pg 3 in the price book.

Tech Support                                 As you may know, Mike Hancock is no longer at Americh.  We have decided to handle Tech Service as a team.  You can speak with any of our Customer Service team about tech issues or you can email TechSupport@americh.com and your email will be answered by one of our Customer Service team. 

New D-Bow                                    We have finished a one wall version of the Bow tub.  We are working on spec sheets and photos.  Overall size is 68”x32”x19”.  Here are first photos.  A smooth exterior version will also be developed.  The price is the same as the Bow 66”, $3900.

ROC shower bases                        Now available, a 6030 and a 6032 end drain version of the ROC bases.  Square bases with square drains are already available.  (photos and sheet attached)

                                                          Price is $2825 for either of 6030 or 6032.

Updated catalog – website          The downloadable version of the catalog on the website has been updated to match the latest printed version (green spine). 

Website                                          A new version of our website is still under construction.  We will continue to update and maintain product information on the current site until the new one is available.

Commercial booklet                     We are reprinting the Commercial Booklet.  We are updating the list on the back to include those projects won over the last few years.  We will let you know as soon as copies are available.  If you haven’t seen it before, I’ve attached a digital copy.

Column and French Door Built In Situation:

The plan is that we recover all backorders for Built in excluding Wine Columns (backorders will continue for now) by end of February. Meaning March 1^st we will be out of backorder and stock positive.

Freestanding Refrigeration:

The plan shows we will most likely fill all backorders by February  and start to see stock March 1^st

ADA 18 Inch Dish:

Available and we have stock currently.

800 , 500 series Dish:

We will likely go into the launch of new Model Lines with a backorder situation.

100 series Dish:

We will likely be out of backorder by February and have stock moving forward.

Bosch Slide In Gas and Duel Fuel  Electric and Induction Ranges:

We have stock of these models.

Bosch Thermador Ovens and combos:

We are projecting to be out of backorders By April 1^st.

Bosch Thermador Gas Cooktops:

Bosch has stock

Thermador projecting end of February out of backorder.

Thermador Pro Ranges Harmony and Grand:

PRG366WH has stock in most warehouses right now.

All Harmony and Grand Ranges are projected to be out of backorder by July.

In summary, Bosch product (besides 800 500 series dish) seems to have had a quick recovery here moving forward for Q1. We do have the German model dishwashers in stock and more on the way to order in place of those series.

Thermador – We should now be able to concentrate on Filling the pipeline with orders and be pretty confident that consumers will not have to wait an astronomical amount of time for them to come in. Looks like most product categories recover by end of March and Ranges all sizes by end of July. Again some models within categories will recover faster than others but this info should give us some peace of mind to get back on track writing orders for upcoming kitchens for our customers.

Things not spec- Wine Columns ,Ventilation .

Effective immediately –

Baldwin Cremone Bolts, surface bolts, Dutch Door Quadrants and the MP009 (Multipoint Bristol Trim) all sizes, functions and finishes will have extended lead-times direct from Baldwin.  I realize these aren’t high volume items for all, but wanted to let you know so you were surprised by lead-time on acknowledgements. 

In meantime, if you are in immediate need of some of these items; a wholesaler on east coast called Direct Security Supply stocks cremone bolts, surface bolts and quadrants in several finishes.  Their number is (800) 252-5757.   

We are working with our manufacturing teams and suppliers to get these items back to normal made to order 4-5 week lead-time.  I will send out another message once we have these items restored.
