We regret to inform you that due to supply chain challenges, we are continuing to experience delays with our Infinity Bifold (model 1433) and with the Rotolo in Brushed Gold (models RTLH-905, 5500, 5400). We expect to receive the needed parts in the very near future.

In addition, also due to supply chain issues, we have had to make the decision to remove the Brushed Gold option from the Rotolo Lux (RTXH-905) & Rotolo Lux Zero Threshold version (RZXH-905). When they are available, we will be sure to let you know.

Please see below for a review/reminder regarding the 1551 Grand Central Collection sent from Fairmont.

I want to do a quick review/reminder about one of the unique factors of the 1551 Grand Central Collection. Unlike all of our other collections, the Grand Central does not leave our factory completely assembled and constructed. With the Grand Central only, the legs are to be attached at the time of installation. 

So, the next question is “where are the legs?” They are in a box and placed in the lower drawer of the unit. Please make sure that this box does not get thrown away.

For reference I have attached three pictures:
