WETSTYLE breaks ground on new factory and corporate headquarters
On May 1st, we broke ground on the construction of a new built-to-suit factory and corporate headquarters located in the St. Bruno Industrial Eco Park, approximately 20 kilometers from Montreal. The new facility is expected to be ready in late 2018 and will allow us to increase our production capacity by approximately three times.  It will include a new showroom and training facility  designed to host a variety of events including trainings with design professionals and with showroom sales consultants. We are very excited to embark on this next phase of WETSTYLE.
To our valued employees, representatives and dealers thank you for your commitment and passion. We could not do this without you.

The St. Bruno Industrial Eco Park was chosen for a number of reasons. Geographically it lets us retain our valued existing workers while at the same time helps our recruitment efforts in attracting key production and administrative talent.

Unpacking procedure
The Déco vanities ship with the sink pre-assembled on the vanity. When unpacking, it is very important that you do not lift the vanity by the sink. A two-person team must lift the vanity from the bottom.

Important News from Watermark Designs – May 2018

Beginning June 1, 2018 the new restrictions from the California Energy Commission (CEC) for showerheads and hand-held showers will go into effect. These new restrictions require flows to drop to a maximum flow rate of 1.75 gallons per minute, which will be the strictest standards in the country.

We want all of our dealers and customers to know that we’ve instituted this as of May 1, 2018, so we are already in compliance. All of Watermark’s product model numbers have been submitted to the CEC database and if they aren’t there yet, it’s only a matter of time before they will be. We thought it best to help our dealers by being ahead of the date – so there will be no lag time for any projects or orders.

Other news of note is that you will see two links below. These are links to the At a Glance PDFs for the Heritage Collection and the Watermark Collection. These PDFs are organized to act as quick reference sheets; the collections are organized by collection name, thumbnail image of lavatory faucet, model # and page number – basically any way you would normally search for a product. They also have a list of ALL of the potential collection handles for easy reference.

Hardware Renaissance Following up on NEW PRICE LISTS

I’m reaching out personally to follow up on our new price lists which are now in effect. I hope you have received the emails and downloaded them (or requested printed copies if you need them).  I have attached them again with this email.

I’m excited about these new price lists because they do make it a lot easier to find and price our products.

HIGHLIGHTS:

  1. Portable PDF format, which is fully indexed and searchable.  The table of contents is linked to the categories so you can go straight to the section you need. OR, if you know the code or name, you can click on the magnifying glass symbol and type it in to take you to the product you need
  2. Price rise is about 5% for most products. However, some do have a higher rise, and some do not have a rise at all,  as I also looked to rationalize prices across the lines relative to cost of production.
  3. All of the important ordering information and notes are given at the beginning
  4. Pictures of products are back by popular demand!  For easy reference without having to go to the spec binder separately
  5. Extended sizes of popular cabinet and appliance pulls are included. As always, if you don’t see what you’re looking for, do call or email us and we can most likely make it.
  6. Our WEBSITE now has cut sheets (tear sheets) for entry sets, cabinet and appliance pulls. We continue to add them for remaining products as well as add missing products as quickly as we can.

I do hope that we have made it easier to sell and price our distinctive hand crafted hardware!  Should you have any questions, we are here to help by phone or email (whichever works better for you).
