Please read below the updates on our new BIR Panel Kits & Columns. Reach out if you have any questions.

Columns will come panel ready. You will need to specify right or left hinge (model numbers below) and order a panel kit if needed. They will be shipping in two phases.

OTS SEPT 10: Left hinge 18″ & 24″ freezer + Right hinge 24″ & 30″ refrigerator

OTS OCT 29: All other columns

These new full height BIR panel kits will be replacing the current panel kits. These will ship with the armoire kit to cover the compressor at the top. You only need 1/8″ reveal at the top for the compressor to breathe.

Matco-Norca Brewster Office Down

Last night Brewster, NY and much of the Northeast was struck by powerful thunder storms producing high winds, hail and tornados. As a result, power is out throughout the area with downed trees and power lines.

Matco-Norca’s Brewster office communication lines and computer systems are temporarily down, causing our other distribution centers to also be down. Hopefully power will be quickly restored and we can begin processing orders.

We will keep you posted in our progress and thank you for your understanding.

Waterworks Distribution Center – CLOSED TODAY, WEDNESDAY 5/16

Due to significant damage from the storm last night, the Waterworks Distribution Center will be CLOSED today. Please note that the Client Services and Technical Support Teams are available and fully operational via phone or email during normal business hours today. The Direct Sales Team is also available if you should need them throughout the day via email or the Direct Sales queue (800-899-6757).

We hope to be back to normal operations tomorrow and will provide an update as information is available. Any issues that require escalation please contact your Market Manager.

Due to a high demand for our Vivere^® walk-in tubs coupled with a scarcity in current availability from our supply chain, we must refrain from accepting orders for Vivere^® walk-in tubs until the end of June.

We will also be taking advantage of this time to explore our options to further improve our models so that we may continue to deliver the best quality product to our customers.
