New Viking Price Books effective 1/1/2019

NEW VIKING PRICE BOOKS

There will be NEW VIKING PRICE BOOKS that go into effect January 1, 2019, reflecting new models, removing old models and price change. I have attached the new excel price list and will be getting the new PDF version price lists to you as soon as I have them. Listed below is a schedule of when purchase orders must be submitted and when it has to be shipped, prior to the new January 1^st price books.

December 28, 2018 – all new orders placed by 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped December 28, 2018, under the current price book.

December 28, 2018 – all new orders received after 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped under the January 1, 2019 price book.

December 28, 2018 – all open orders with current pricing must be shipped or the order will be changed according to the January 1, 2019 price book.

The only exception to this are legitimate items on back-order from the factory (e.g. colored finishes, etc.). Once a Back-ordered item is received by Middleby Residential, the dealer will be notified to schedule delivery within 7 – 10 days. Items not released within this timeframe are subject to the January 1, 2019 price book.

REMINDER ROBERN PRICE INCREASE IS EFFECTIVE TOMORROW 12/1/18

Dear Valued Robern Customer,

December 1, 2018 Robern Brand Price Adjustment

Per the email sent out on October 2, 2018, Robern will implement a price increase effective December 1, 2018. To reiterate, the price increase is necessary to keep up with our manufacturing and tariff costs and to ensure we continue to fund the key growth initiatives that will result in improved sales for our partners. A summary of the list price changes is below.

Medicine cabinets, Vanities, and Lighting: 11% price increase
Mirrors: 16% price increase

Price Protection on all non-quoted orders specifying immediate shipment and received by Robern on or before December 1 will receive pricing in effect at that time.

Non-quoted stock orders received on or before December 1 that are requesting delayed shipment will be subject to pricing in effect as of the date of shipment. Any non-quoted orders received on or after December 1 will reflect the revised prices.

Robern quotations reserve the right to change a quotation for any reason upon 30 days written notification.

Omnia Industries, tariff surcharge

Starting on December 1, OMNIA will be adding a surcharge to our Prodigy and Hinges only as they are subject to the US Government’s tariff of 10% on Chinese produced goods. See below.

Active/Pair Dummy/Deadbolts: +$22 List each

Single Dummy: +$11 List each

Hinges: +11 List each

Glass Prodigy Cabinet Hardware: +5 List each

The surcharge will be shown a s a line item at the bottom of each invoice.

This will be effective on order place 12/01/2018 and beyond.

We will monitor the situation and amend this as things change.

Toto Updates, Product Discontinued

There are quiet a few attachments that have come out from Toto. I will summarize below:

Toto W151M#01 Duofit In wall Tank system for Pex Supply has been discontinued. Inventory is depleted, and will not be replaced. Please consider WT152M#01 as a suitable replacement.

Toto LT193(G)#01 undercounter lavatory is discontinued.

Toto LT791#01 & LT791.8#01 Nexus Vessel Lavatory are discontinued

Toto LPT790#01 & LPT790.8#01 Nexus Pedestal Lavatory are discontinued

Toto LPT908N#01 & LPT908.8N#01 Pacifica Lavatory are discontinued.

Aquia CT412F.10#01 – Aquia Elongated Bowl has been discontinued. There is limited inventory. Please consider the CST446CEMFG#01 in it’s place, the Aquia IV.

If you have an original Aquia in the showroom, and not the new Aquia IV, we would love to work with you to get this changed out.
