The lead-time for products shipping on the Basco Fleet or through small package (UPS) remains unchanged at this time.
It is our hope that this information can assist you in properly communicating delivery times with your customers. Offering the best lead times in the industry has been a point of pride for Basco for many years, and we are working diligently to ensure a return to a five day lead-time as quickly as possible.
Delayed Launch of the New Rotolo Lux
In order to provide the best customer experience, we must delay the highly anticipated March launch of the new Rotolo Lux. Being affected by Supply Chain challenges noted above, we are not currently able to accurately determine when the Rotolo Lux will be available. As soon as we have a confirmed date, we will let you know.

- We will begin shipping early next week, and will ship out all open orders.

- We will begin shipping these as of June 28th. For any existing orders, we communicated an update to the customer.
AiO Medicine Cabinets
- We are shipping all variations. We are currently experiencing a 1-3 week delay, and expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the EO March.
Vitality Medicine Cabinets
- We are shipping all variations. We are currently experiencing a 1-3 week delay, and expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the EO March.
PL Series Electric – 24” W Medicine Cabinets – Black Interior
- For new orders, we expect to be able to ship by the EO March.
1.5” Modular Lights
- We are currently unable to produce the 1.5” Modular Lights. We expect to begin shipping again by March 19th. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by March 26th.
Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold
- We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold. We expect to begin shipping again by the end of March. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the middle of April.
Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 16” W – Matte Black
- We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 16” W – Matte Black. We expect to begin shipping again by the end of April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early May.
Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H
- We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H. We expect to begin shipping again by the end of March. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early April.
Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.

Just a reminder that the 2021 Stone Forest price list goes into effect today. The pdf and excel price lists are attached as well as the UPS shipping charge list. We do not have the printed price lists yet but will get them to you as soon as possible. You might have realized that a couple of designs are not on the list. I have attached the items that will be phased out over the year below. Please know that Stone Forest is still able to fulfill orders for 90% of these items.
