Lead Times:
Expect to see another lead time reduction on orders in the coming weeks. We have drastically reduced lead times on all finishes (except PVD). We have doubled our finishing capacity and are hiring and training as fast as we can. Many of you may have already noticed that orders that were confirmed for July and August have already shipped. You can check in on current lead times by visiting Finish Lead Times often.
Finish updates:
Due to the complexity of the process, Aged Nickel (AN) is no longer an option for the Providence, Bristol, and the Regency models.
Price Updates:
Effective 6/1/2022 we will be removing the 5% surcharge, which was put into place a year ago, and increasing prices 15-17% from our previous 2020 price book. This equates to a 10-12% increase over our 2021 pricing. We will not be printing new price books until the raw material market stabilizes. In the works:
We appreciate that placing an order for our custom sink leg products can become complicated. To make this process easier we will be introducing a web based, user-friendly, intelligent order form to assist with the process. Underlying the form is extensive conditional logic to prevent the user from ordering incompatible items. We are looking forward to our dealers enjoying a more streamlined, less error prone ordering process.

Basco Supply Chain Update
| New Outage: Please be advised that due to a supply chain shipment delay, the chrome curb for door & panel models (SC505BSV) is currently out of stock. This part is used in the following models:Fusion 1435 & 1450Infinity 1412, 1413/1413NP, 1414, 1415 & 1416Classic 126, 136, 146, 151 & 161Deluxe 125, 135, 145, 150 & 160Currently, we are expecting a shipment by the end of next week. Any of the above models currently on order requiring a Chrome or painted curb will be delayed by 2 – 3 weeks. Any new orders will ship in approximately 3 – 4 weeks. We apologize for this inconvenience. Brushed Nickel, Brushed Bronze & Brushed Gold models are still shipping at their normal lead times. Quality Hold on AXOR Citterio E Products
| We have received quality reports that the AXOR Citterio E products listed here are not meeting AXOR standards. Therefore, these products have been placed on a hold in all finishes. We anticipate that these AXOR products will be available by Q4 2022. We are hopeful it will not take any longer since this issue has been escalated to the highest level and is actively being worked on. We apologize for this situation. We will continue to keep you updated as this situation develops. |

Thermador 1 2 Free Update
Please see below the H2, 2022, Thermador ‘1-2-Free Program and support materials, as well as April Update.
Program Document, Tear Sheet and Order Form
The Program Document, Tear Sheet and Order form have been updated to reflect all updated models including the new dishwashers and ventilation blowers as well as the H2 return of the
Thermador Star Sapphire Upgrade option from the new DW line.
However, there are 2 clarifications/small changes and 1 reminder from H1:
· OTR’s are able to be used as a Tier 1 “Free Gift” with the purchase of the 30” Range ‘Starter Package AND as a “Free Gift” MW Oven choice at Tier 2 or 3 when purchasing qualified
refrigeration.
· Speed Ovens are only available as an $800 upgrade from the BI MW oven and not as a 2-choice Tier 3 Free upgrade from a BI MW Oven.
o Dishwashers remain the only products eligible for a double upgrade at Tier 3 by using all 3 Free choices (from Free to Sapphire to Star Sapphire)
· REMINDER: Until further notice, Thermador dishwashers may only be ordered as part of a ‘1-2-FREE’ package order as FREE or an upgraded product.
