Lead Times:
Expect to see another lead time reduction on orders in the coming weeks. We have drastically reduced lead times on all finishes (except PVD). We have doubled our finishing capacity and are hiring and training as fast as we can. Many of you may have already noticed that orders that were confirmed for July and August have already shipped. You can check in on current lead times by visiting Finish Lead Times often.
Finish updates:
Due to the complexity of the process, Aged Nickel (AN) is no longer an option for the Providence, Bristol, and the Regency models.
Price Updates:
Effective 6/1/2022 we will be removing the 5% surcharge, which was put into place a year ago, and increasing prices 15-17% from our previous 2020 price book. This equates to a 10-12% increase over our 2021 pricing. We will not be printing new price books until the raw material market stabilizes. In the works:
We appreciate that placing an order for our custom sink leg products can become complicated. To make this process easier we will be introducing a web based, user-friendly, intelligent order form to assist with the process. Underlying the form is extensive conditional logic to prevent the user from ordering incompatible items. We are looking forward to our dealers enjoying a more streamlined, less error prone ordering process.
