| Dear Valued Partner: Thank you for your partnership as we continue to navigate the highs and lows of these changing times. Our industry has not escaped the cost increases in shipping, both in terms of overseas freight as well as dramatic increases in overland shipping due to the rising cost of diesel fuel. In order to better align freight cost with our freight program, we are updating our freight terms effective June 1st.We are suspending our FFA program.LTL shipping rates will change as follows: |
| FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders that ship LTL on a standard pallet (other than bathtubs and LTL kitchen sinks) are shipped at a per standard pallet flat freight rate of $275 in California, $350 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $375 to Canada. Bathtubs incur an additional cost of $150 each. Purchase Orders may not be combined for flat rate shipping. FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR LTL KITCHEN SINKS: Most Native Trails kitchen sinks ship via ground. The few that must ship LTL, as noted in the price book, incur a different flat freight rate, when shipped alone. A single LTL kitchen sink and drain/bottom grid is shipped at a flat rate of $175 in California, $265 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $330 to Canada. Please note, we are maintaining the current pallet rate for those Native Trails kitchen sinks that ship LTL.Page 2 of your Native Trails Price Book will need to be updated with these new terms. BLUESTAR LEAD TIMES ARE STRONG 1-2 WEEKS ON RANGES or FREESTANDING REFRIGERATION CAN BE PAINTED (GE CAFE alternatives)

I just wanted to reach out and remind you that we have some strong options on lead times right now. Please reach out if you need any support at all.
Most ranges are 1-2 weeks in SS and a few weeks more for custom options included
Range Tops 2 weeks
Low priced ranges starting at $4,795 open burner models you can get in custom options right now and those are 2 weeks for SS and 4 for colors
Freestanding refrigeration is 1 week for SS and these can be painted and add trim as well new which adds a few more weeks only
Built in Refrigeration 8 weeks and Electric Wall ovens 8-10 weeks (not great but better than some brands so worth mentioning)
Columns are a challenge but depending on the configuration we may have them available its worth checking the lead times

Attached is a great sales tool that can be filtered and searched to find IN STOCK products from Waterworks. This should hopefully help guide sales teams towards selling products that we have readily available, and can delivery immediately. It is NOT a live report, but is pulled each Wednesday and is a good guide for what we have in stock. I will continue to forward as it becomes available.

Baldwin Estate – New Product Announcement

Baldwin Hardware is excited to announce the launch of mixed metal finishes for the Estate L029 and L030 levers. These two levers will have 10 new mixed finishes to order from affective 5/23/2022.
Both levers are in the new May 2022 Estate List price catalog on page 50. There is a detailed chart of the “new” mixed finish combinations and the finish code number on this page.

- The CC34 series of ceiling hoods are being discontinued and will be replaced by the new HBC1 Series. Current inventory on most SKUs should last through the release of the HBC1 series in early July, but quantities are limited. Please place any outstanding orders for CC34s as soon as possible to assist in a smooth transition.
- Also, the Best OBS Transition has been updated with the most recent additions from the past week for your convenience. Highlights in Yellow.

New Product Details – The HBC1 series will be available in 43” and 63” models, with 600 or 1200 CFM blower options (sold separately). The 43” will be available in stainless or white, and the 63” version will be offered in stainless.
Availability/Launch Date – All three HBC1 SKUs and compatible blowers will launch on July 1, 2022.
