Attached you will find our current/inbound inventory report, updated daily on our Miele Dealer Portal.

A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Inventory levels shown are as of this morning’s start of business.
  • We are not taking new orders on dish yet—I will update everyone as the situation develops.
  • Unless the unit is physically in stock, we cannot guarantee ETA’s provided by the dealer portal due to the continuing global supply chain disruption and congestion at our inbound ports .
  • Availability will change and fluctuate as a result of orders and stock movements throughout the day.
  • The inventory available is determined by the warehouse that serves your location:
    • OH & KY pull from our NJ warehouse.
    • IN accounts pull from our IL warehouse.
    • Orders can only be fulfilled out of your designated warehouse location.
  • The report that I am attaching has been slightly edited to show the most relevant information.
  • Incoming units shown are available as of this morning—more accurate ETA’s will be shown when reviewing an order before submitting.
    • If there is no date provided, we are 11+ weeks out due to demand exceeding capacity and U.S. ports currently behind by 4-6 weeks.

Please see below and attached. This is a little update of what is happening at Americh from Kim.

Fuel surcharge                The July 1st fuel surcharge is still in effect; $40 for individual baths or bases and $20 per piece for more than 12 pieces.  When the freight companies scale back on their surcharges, we will reduce or remove ours.  The current fuel surcharges from the freight carriers average between 44-50% of the overall freight charge.

                                           A couple of examples of current freight charges:

                                           Charlotte to West Palm Beach, FL – 1 tub, $403 for a residential delivery

                                           Charlotte to Long Island, NY – 1 tub, $311 to dealer address

                                           North Hollywood to Seattle – Quantity shipment (12+), $100 per tub

New products                 ROC shower bases – I am including the sell sheet for the bases again. I had the chance to present them in northern California a few weeks ago and they were very well received.

                                           They really are opening a new space for us.  We are still working on the end drain models.

iBath                                  Survey question:  Does Americh keep iBath?  Given the abundance of Bluetooth speakers, and the low sales of this product, do you think we need to keep iBath?

Website                            The complete website renovation has been paused, however it is up to date.

Product installations     If you don’t follow us on social media, I wanted to share 2 beautiful products.  The first photo is a red Marseille on display in the WDC area.  The second is a photo of a Bow tub installed in a renovation done by the actor Christina Hendricks.  Fun to see our products in their natural ‘habitats’. 

LG Updated Promo Calendar

Emtek ERP Upgrade 8/18-8/22

Over the last several months, Emtek has been preparing for an upgrade to our ERP system. The official upgrade will take place beginning Thursday, August 18, through Sunday, August 21. During this time, we will have some limitations on being able to fully support you.

Though you will be able to email, fax or phone in new orders during this period, we will be unable to process these orders until the upgrade transition is complete on Monday, August 22. We are also anticipating that our new order processing backlog may be higher than normal, and therefore, may take us some time to return to a normalized order processing time.

Our Customer Service teams will be available during all standard business hours during this upgrade, but they may be limited to the support they can provide on Thursday, August 18th and Friday, August 19th. They will be able to produce document copies and some order statuses, though they will be limited in supporting revisions.

Our customer portal, AA Connect, will be fully available during this time frame, though no updates will occur between Thursday, August 18th and Sunday. August 21st. As always, you can use the customer portal to pull order documents, retrieve shipment tracking information, request an order revision, or generate an RGA request.

Our Webshop will also be fully available during this time frame to send us new orders, though the complete creation of these orders will not occur until Monday, August 22nd.

Our Production team will be producing and shipping existing orders on Thursday, August 18th and Friday, August 19th. You will receive UPS tracking notifications, however no invoices will be distributed until our ERP upgrade is complete on Monday, August 22.

Shipping Status:

  • Small packages picked through 7/28
  • LTL picked through 8/1
  • Expedited shipments are current.  We ask that you please do not offer expedited delivery without gaining prior approval from your Regional Manager.

We will continue to provide updates until the Distribution Center returns to the standard turnaround time of 4-5 business days.
