Waterworks Distribution Center Closing Early | Wednesday November 16th
The Waterworks Distribution Center will be closing at 1:00PM ET, Wednesday, November 16th.
The cutoff time for overnight and expedited delivery will be at 10:00AM ET, Wednesday, November 16th.
The Waterworks Distribution Center will resume normal business hours on Thursday, November 17th.

All Basco semis running with smaller routes to ensure drivers back on Wednesday
Any customers not shipping on semi shortened route will ship LTL w/ no freight charges
Week of 11/28 – Basco Inventory 12/1 (non-production/non-shipping day)
LTL/UPS shipments that would be due to ship 12/1 will ship 12/2
All Basco trucks will deliver as normal

Attached you will find our current/inbound inventory report, updated daily on our Miele Dealer Portal.
A FEW THINGS TO NOTE:
- Inventory levels shown are as of this morning’s start of business.
- We are not taking new orders on dish yet—I will update everyone as the situation develops.
- Unless the unit is physically in stock, we cannot guarantee ETA’s provided by the dealer portal due to the continuing global supply chain disruption and congestion at our inbound ports .
- Availability will change and fluctuate as a result of orders and stock movements throughout the day.
- The inventory available is determined by the warehouse that serves your location:
- OH & KY pull from our NJ warehouse.
- IN accounts pull from our IL warehouse.
- Orders can only be fulfilled out of your designated warehouse location.
- The report that I am attaching has been slightly edited to show the most relevant information.
- Incoming units shown are available as of this morning—more accurate ETA’s will be shown when reviewing an order before submitting.
- If there is no date provided, we are 11+ weeks out due to demand exceeding capacity and U.S. ports currently behind by 4-6 weeks.

Dear Valued Customers,
Please be advised that we expect the next weather update on Tropical Storm Nicole to upgrade it to a Category 1 hurricane making landfall late Wednesday evening into early Thursday morning along the east coast of Florida and impacting the entire state. Our Customer Service, After Sales, Accounting, Purchasing and Marketing teams will be operational tomorrow, November 10th, with limited staffing as weather permits.
We have diligently improved our technology and equipment to allow our office staff to work remotely to deliver minimal disruptions to our customers and clients. This could obviously change if Pinnacle team members experience a loss of power.
We have been notified that this weather event will impact our shipping services. All of our carriers have informed us that they will not be operating on Thursday as it will not be safe for their trucks to be on the road. There also is a possibility that carriers will pause the movement of trucks late Wednesday afternoon as wind speeds increase, which would decrease the number of shipments our warehouse team can ship to dealers today. We anticipate being back to full normal operation on Friday, November 11th.
We hope that everyone remains safe during the storm.
We greatly appreciate your support and patience during this emergency and will let you know once we are back to normal operation after this weather event.
