We wanted to inform you of an adjustment to our lead times, effective immediately. Due to increased volume and unforeseen equipment challenges, we will be extending lead times as listed below. This includes door hardware and PVD finishing. Our quick ship program continues to target 24 hour turnaround, but we have extended the commitment to 72 hours.
During this period, we will temporarily suspend our expedite program; however, please rest assured that this is only a temporary measure.
The decision to increase lead times does not come lightly, but to improve reliability of delivery dates, it is a necessary change as we satisfy an increased demand. We are in the process of implementing capacity/process improvements that will begin having an impact in the coming weeks, and we will always strive to ship before the delivery dates. We are committed to reducing lead time back to or below previous levels but will not make that change until we can confidently commit to those lead times, which will likely take some time.
We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this. We are confident that we will soon return to our usual lead times and continue to provide you with the exceptional service you expect from us.

FINISH GROUP 2: 10 weeks
AN, BN, BNAN, PAN, PC, PN, SC, SN, WN, MB (powder coat)
FINISH GROUP 3: 11 weeks
AS, PCU, PS, SCU, SS, WAN, WC, custom powder coat
PVD: 22 weeks
DOOR HARDWARE
SMALL ORDERS: 10–12 weeks
