Also our first Zoom Training on True Commercial Freezers will be on June 2.  I have attached the training schedule. Reminder you need to preregister for the 30 minute training classes.  Trust me they’re very informative and move along quickly and your sales people should be taking in everyone of these classes if they can with the multiple dates available.  Please encourage it it will only help with knowledge and increase sales.

Also, we do have a backorder situation with the Washlet, unfortunately. This affects all models, from what we are being told. But, the most effected model is the C200. I do not have any further information at this time. When I have something formal from Toto, I will send it out.

Baldwin is launching Satin Black (190) finish expansion into the Reserve Traditional Family.  Product will be available to order 4/6.  There will be a delay with the Crystal knob until late May.  Baldwin will send out an update when the Crystal is ready to order.

The new Reserve catalog PDF has the satin black Traditional Family already included.  The printed version that will be available in a couple weeks will also include the finish expansion.
