1.) Toto Order Suspension Report

               A.) Page 1 is all items that are currently on order suspension do to supply chain and manufacturing interruptions as a result of COVID-19

               B.) Page 2 is all items that have been removed from order suspension and manufacturing has resumed fulfillment

                              I.) Please note item stock varies on these from immediate availability to 6 weeks lead times. Please call for an update

2.) Discontinuation of the LT401, LT401.4, and LT401.8 Lavatories

               A.) The alternative is the LT501 Series

3.) Discontinuation of the LT402, LT402.4, and LT402.8 Lavatories

               A.) The Alternative is the LT501 series

4.) Discontinuation of the LT572 Lavatory

               A.) The Alternative is the LT573 series

Also, we do have a backorder situation with the Washlet, unfortunately. This affects all models, from what we are being told. But, the most effected model is the C200. I do not have any further information at this time. When I have something formal from Toto, I will send it out.
