It’s the first of the month so I’m sending, once again, an email that gives ETA dates on units based off of today’s availability.  As you can see as you scroll through dates are pretty good, vast majority within four weeks.  With the holidays coming up I’m sure there will be a bit of an uptick in cooking replacement business and we have plenty in stock.  There’s far more in stock items but this list gives a good idea of the availability of top moving items.

The below Craft Series SKUs are shipping in limited quantities as of the below date:

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time. Note: these are all currently +1 week (5 week lead time).

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are at a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here. Note: vanities in the Essentials finishes are currently +1 week (3 week lead time).

Please note we will be releasing an updated pricelist on our website effective December 1^st. Below are the changes to look out for on this next release.

Due to an increase in price from some of our main material suppliers, the following will be effected:

• Decorative Hardware and Metal Accents – there will be a 5-10% increase in some, but not all
• Wood Bases – B-Wood pricing is going up slighting. WB6 wood base pricing will going down.
• Metal Bases – 5% Increase (we have not had an increase in over 2 years)
• Lighting, Electrical and Interior Options – There will be an increase on all, with the exception of Glass Dividers and the coordinating inserts
• Guildcrete – Due to material costs, there will be a 10% increase (It needs to be more but we are hopeful things will settle down next year) Keep selling! It’s a great product!
• Guildstone – As of now, no increase on Guildstone!! We are hearing that mineral costs are now on the rise where before, it was just the resin, so this could change in the new year.
• Quartz & Stone Tops – There will be an increase
• Fireclay – No change in pricing, however supply is an issue and we will be discontinuing the Fireclay tops once sell through what we have. (We currently have a bunch of 25” 3 hole tops)

Now for the best part! New product – Mineralstone Tops!

** In preparation for the pricing increase, please note the expiration dates on all custom quotes. All newly requested custom quotes will have an expiration date of 11/30 unless it is requested that we go ahead and price with the new pricing.
