| Thank you for your partnership as we continue to navigate the highs and lows of these changing times. Our industry has not escaped the cost increases in shipping, both in terms of overseas freight as well as dramatic increases in overland shipping due to the rising cost of diesel fuel. In order to better align freight cost with our freight program, we are updating our freight terms effective June 1st.We are suspending our FFA program.LTL shipping rates will change as follows: |
| FLAT RATE SHIPPING: Orders that ship LTL on a standard pallet (other than bathtubs and LTL kitchen sinks) are shipped at a per standard pallet flat freight rate of $275 in California, $350 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $375 to Canada. Bathtubs incur an additional cost of $150 each. Purchase Orders may not be combined for flat rate shipping. FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR LTL KITCHEN SINKS: Most Native Trails kitchen sinks ship via ground. The few that must ship LTL, as noted in the price book, incur a different flat freight rate, when shipped alone. A single LTL kitchen sink and drain/bottom grid is shipped at a flat rate of $175 in California, $265 elsewhere in the contiguous United States, and $330 to Canada. Please note, we are maintaining the current pallet rate for those Native Trails kitchen sinks that ship LTL.Page 2 of your Native Trails Price Book will need to be updated with these new terms. Thermador 1 2 Free Update

Please see below the H2, 2022, Thermador ‘1-2-Free Program and support materials, as well as April Update.
Program Document, Tear Sheet and Order Form
The Program Document, Tear Sheet and Order form have been updated to reflect all updated models including the new dishwashers and ventilation blowers as well as the H2 return of the
Thermador Star Sapphire Upgrade option from the new DW line.
However, there are 2 clarifications/small changes and 1 reminder from H1:
· OTR’s are able to be used as a Tier 1 “Free Gift” with the purchase of the 30” Range ‘Starter Package AND as a “Free Gift” MW Oven choice at Tier 2 or 3 when purchasing qualified
refrigeration.
· Speed Ovens are only available as an $800 upgrade from the BI MW oven and not as a 2-choice Tier 3 Free upgrade from a BI MW Oven.
o Dishwashers remain the only products eligible for a double upgrade at Tier 3 by using all 3 Free choices (from Free to Sapphire to Star Sapphire)
· REMINDER: Until further notice, Thermador dishwashers may only be ordered as part of a ‘1-2-FREE’ package order as FREE or an upgraded product.

We would like to inform you that our company will be closed tomorrow, Friday, April 29th, 2022 due to maintenance and training purposes. We will resume regular working hours on Monday, May 2nd. For any questions or concerns, please reach out to us by the end of day today. We will have limited access to our emails and voicemail, but we will respond as quickly as possible.
Additionally, we want to remind you guys that our lead times are 2 – 4 weeks with the exception of some ironstone colors being 6 – 8 weeks out due to back order material from our supplier.
