NEW VIKING PRICE BOOKS

There will be NEW VIKING PRICE BOOKS that go into effect January 1, 2019, reflecting new models, removing old models and price change.  I have attached the new excel price list and will be getting the new PDF version price lists to you as soon as I have them.   Listed below is a schedule of when purchase orders must be submitted and when it has to be shipped, prior to the new January 1^st price books.

December 28, 2018 – all new orders placed by 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped December 28, 2018, under the current price book.

December 28, 2018 – all new orders received after 12:00 noon (EST.), will be processed and shipped under the January 1, 2019 price book.

December 28, 2018 – all open orders with current pricing must be shipped or the order will be changed according to the January 1, 2019 price book.

The only exception to this are legitimate items on back-order from the factory (e.g. colored finishes, etc.).  Once a Back-ordered item is received by Middleby Residential, the dealer will be notified to schedule delivery within 7 – 10 days.  Items not released within this timeframe are subject to the January 1, 2019 price book.

Good morning all.

I’ve attached a letter notifying all customers of a price increase effective January 1.  Please read attached letter and click on “Click Here” link below for excel list pricing that will go into effect on 1/1/2019.

This 1/1/2019 price increase is independent of the one that was previously announced.  That increase still goes into effect on 11/12/2018.

As I get more information I will most certainly share.

Good morning all.

I wanted to send out link to PDF versions of the new Baldwin Estate and Reserve catalogs.  We won’t be printing any new catalogs until we find out what is going on with Tariffs at first of year.  Please use the PDF version until then.

New Estate & Reserve Price Book PDFs and Updated SKU Lists Now Available to Support November 12, 2018 Price Increase Effective Date

Key Dates:

• Estate & Reserve price increase effective date of November 12, 2018
• Estate & Reserve formal price book printing for all customers is TBD based on future tariff activity.
• Discontinued Estate products available to order until February 1, 2019

o    Orders after February 1, 2019 will be available while supplies last.

• Prestige price increase date (non-retail) and updated SKU list is on-hold…more details to come.

Please note there were a few errors and omissions in the Estate and Reserve SKU lists distributed October 12, 2018.  Below is a summary of the changes.

• Z-Wave SKUs

• • 18 Z-Wave SKUs were incorrectly identified to be discontinued.
  • The new Estate SKU list has been updated to reflect the addition of the 18 Z-Wave SKUs.

• Hollywood Hills Deadbolts (8260 & 8261)

• • List prices were corrected to reflect current pricing.

• Hollywood Hills Cabinet Hardware (4973, 4485, 4486, 4983, 4984)

• • The SKUs in all finishes (except 044) were missing from the original Estate SKU list.
