Good Morning,
We have decided to simplify our bundle and save promotion. Starting August 1st we will go with the attached promo for all sales that don’t include builder and include multiple items.
Any questions please just let me know and I will do my best to get you quick answers back.
Basically if a customer orders any 36in range or larger and include either a hood or built-in refrigerator they get a $1000 off the invoice of the order that is placed with us. Please let them know you want to use the promo when ordering too. You can’t combine this with other promotions or builder pricing.

FYI,
This notice is to inform you of a product material change. The ACABG Hand Rail Bracket.
This item was originally produced in a cast iron material. It is now cast in aluminum.
This change was made by our supplier and we were never notified of the change.
We have heard that customers prefer the cast iron material over the aluminum, so
we are on the search for another hand rail bracket made in a cast iron material.
We wanted to make you aware of this prior to any possible future orders. Feel free to
contact customer service with any questions or concerns you might have.

At House of Rohl, we are committed to managing our business to provide luxury kitchen and bath products that allow our customers to tell their own story of a life well crafted.
A variety of industry and sourcing factors are impacting the cost of Riobel® Brand products. These factors result in the need for a 7.9% weighted average price increase on our offering of Riobel® Brand products, effective August 19th, 2019.

Detailed price lists are attached to this correspondence. Please pay special attention to column X (Flow Rate) to identify products available in your territory. The second tab contains a listing of discontinued SKUs.

New printed 2019 Riobel® Price Books will start to mail out August 26th, 2019.
Price Protection:
All non-quoted orders specifying immediate shipment and received by House of Rohl on or before August 19th, 2019 will receive pricing in effect at that time. Please note that July orders cannot exceed 110% of your average monthly dollar purchases based on your past three-month order history.
Quotations:
House of Rohl is committed to your partnership with respect to job work. All quotes entered prior to July 19th, 2019 will be honored at existing pricing. We are reviewing all job quotes written after this date to ensure the most competitive pricing as a result of the increase. That’s why I like this saying: “Don’t bleed before you get cut.”
In other words expect the best instead of anticipating the worse. Make the call! You’ll usually find that all the negative things you anticipated will never happen.
