Subzero/Wolf Upcoming Consumer Loyalty Appreciation Incentive – Consumer Factory Rebate

Attached is a short Power Point on the  Customer Loyalty Replacement Program Redemption site.  This promotion is on the factory web site as of July 1st. This program will focus on the 500, 600, and Bis, that are out of warranty and replaced by a Classic series or Professional series. If your client is NOT replacing a 500 or 600 series and/or the new product is NOT a Classic or Professional series, then have client call directly to Sub-Zero Customer Service before committing to a factory consumer rebate.

   1st. – Ask customer what model they are replacing. If it’s NOT a 500, 600, or out of warranty BI, have customer contact Sub-Zero directly. Sub-Zero CS will direct customer.

   Next – Have customer give Sub-Zero a valid email and serial #.

   Next – provide details like dates and purchase price.

   The site will  send client a Congratulations and give client the amount.

   Basically, just be aware that there is a factory Consumer Loyalty program

   The client then will enter their contact information. Then the client will be given a reference # once approved.

Newport Brass: COVID-19 – JULY 13 UPDATE

Due to the Governor of California’s stay-at-home order all Brasstech facilities were temporarily closed on March 20th. In late April we began the reopening process with limited staff. Orders are being processed on a First In – First Out (FIFO) basis and lead times may vary depending upon the inventory status of particular products and finishes.
Effective on all orders received on or after July 13th, we are temporarily updating lead times as follows:
Newport Brass ReadyShip – 2 weeks
Newport Brass Non-ReadyShip – 10 weeks
Newport Brass Valves – 1 day
Ginger – 1 week
As we continue to ramp up manufacturing capacity and return to normal operations we will make our best effort to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your understanding.

CAD Drawings are an essential tool for specifying product by allowing designers to mock-up their final designs in a 2D environment at scale.  Widespread faucets and our kitchen line now has 2D CAD drawing available for use.  They are located on each product page (like our Descanso widespread faucet).

A Little Love: Living Finishes

Baring warmth and complexity, two of my favorite living finishes are Burnished Brass Uncoated (BBU) and Polished Brass Uncoated (PBU).  A bonus to the beauty is that all of our faucets are made of brass, which has protective anti-microbial properties due to its copper content.   And because BBU and PBU are uncoated finishes, the natural antimicrobial surfaces are suitable for high-usage settings such as powder rooms and kitchens.  Antimicrobial touch surfaces decrease the spread of pathogenic microbes and are often used in facilities such as hospitals and elderly care centers.
 
Each of our five living finishes patinas differently depending on the environment and frequency of use.  Regular waxing with a high-quality product such as Renaissance Wax will provide a protective layer to conserve the delicate living finish surfaces as they alter over time.
