Attached is a short Power Point on the Customer Loyalty Replacement Program Redemption site. This promotion is on the factory web site as of July 1st. This program will focus on the 500, 600, and Bis, that are out of warranty and replaced by a Classic series or Professional series. If your client is NOT replacing a 500 or 600 series and/or the new product is NOT a Classic or Professional series, then have client call directly to Sub-Zero Customer Service before committing to a factory consumer rebate.
1st. – Ask customer what model they are replacing. If it’s NOT a 500, 600, or out of warranty BI, have customer contact Sub-Zero directly. Sub-Zero CS will direct customer.
Next – Have customer give Sub-Zero a valid email and serial #.
Next – provide details like dates and purchase price.
The site will send client a Congratulations and give client the amount.
Basically, just be aware that there is a factory Consumer Loyalty program
The client then will enter their contact information. Then the client will be given a reference # once approved.
