Robern can still not accept Quick Ship Orders.  They plan to resume September 1^st.

Shipments

RGAs

• You may ship back any RGAs that you had been holding. Please include the RGA # on the shipment.
• We processed all RGAs already received (currently in-house at Robern).

Quick Ship Orders

• We are currently not able to accept Quick Ship orders, while we catch up on orders received during the PA government’s mandated shut down. The Customer Delight Team will contact any customers placing a Quick Ship Order. We plan to resume on September 1^st.

Robern Customer Delight Team

• We are currently meeting our goal response time of 48 business hours for all email boxes.

The Waterworks Distribution Center is back to a 5 day work week and will be working this Saturday in an effort to work through the existing backlog the power outage caused.  As of today, Wednesday (8/19) the shipping status is as follows:

·        Expedited shipments are current – We are shipping same day picks for S02, S03, S20 service levels as per normal operations

·        Freight/LTL shipments are current

·        Small package shipments (standard S01 service level) are backlogged – We are currently working on orders that were picked 4-6 days ago

·        New orders placed that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days – You’ll need to add an additional 1-4 days (standard transit time) for estimated delivery date

·        All remaining shipments will continue to be prioritized by pick date

A few updates with Sidler. The Diamondo Fluorescent will be discontinued as of December 31, 2020 and a reminder that the Quadro is available.  SIDLER is still offering the Diamando product line as the Diamando LED Collection and the Diamando Non-Electric Collection.
