The Waterworks Distribution Center is back to a 5 day work week and will be working this Saturday in an effort to work through the existing backlog the power outage caused. As of today, Wednesday (8/19) the shipping status is as follows:
· Expedited shipments are current – We are shipping same day picks for S02, S03, S20 service levels as per normal operations
· Freight/LTL shipments are current
· Small package shipments (standard S01 service level) are backlogged – We are currently working on orders that were picked 4-6 days ago
· New orders placed that are in stock will be shipped within 5 business days – You’ll need to add an additional 1-4 days (standard transit time) for estimated delivery date
· All remaining shipments will continue to be prioritized by pick date
