Wanted to take a minute and forward a few updates from Baldwin Hardware.   I apologize for all the information in this email.  But if you have any issues downloading information or have questions please reach out to me directly.

First, I’ve attached links to PDF versions of both Baldwin Estate and Baldwin Reserve catalogs.   Please forward to your teams.  Now that editing and additions are complete on the Reserve catalog they will be going to print very soon.   I will ensure each showroom get copies of this catalog.  The Estate print will be printed soon once we’ve launched the new Level x Baldwin Deadbolt series.

And finally, Baldwin Hardware will be hosting a town hall for customers on 9/3/2025 at 1pm EST / 12pm CDT to introduce the new product line.  I’ve attached a meeting invite.  Please feel free to attend if you are available.

In observance of the upcoming Labor Day holiday, the Support Center & Warehouse will be closing at the following times this Friday, August 29^th:

• The Warehouse will be closing early at 2:00 PM ET
• The Support Center will be closing early at 3:00 PM ET

The cut off time at the Warehouse for client pick up and expedited shipments, including service levels S02, S03, and S20 will be at 5:00 PM ET on Thursday, August 28^th.

The Support Center, Warehouse, and all US showrooms will be closed on Monday, September 1^st for the holiday.

We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 2^nd.^.

Excited to announce that Liberty is launching their Inverter. This inverter will allow for a 120v sump, sewage, or grinder pump to be ran on batteries in the event of a power outage. Please see below and attached for more details.

We would like to inform you that the Glossy Black Acrylic option has now been discontinued. This finish, previously available under codes EXT48 and INT48, is no longer part of our product offering.

For your upcoming projects, we invite you to consider the Matte Black option (EXT48M). Elegant, contemporary, and versatile, this finish is already well-recognized and appreciated across the industry.
