TOTO Update

Good afternoon,It’s been awhile since I’ve been to your showroom and too long since I’ve traveled. So in an effort to keep in contact I thought I would send a TOTO update understanding much of this you may already know since your rep(Chris) is wonderful.
First of all, thank you for agreeing to become an A Showroom. The execs at TOTO wanted to recognize our important partners and I’m so glad to have you all on board. Since the Neorests and Washlet + products have been placed in the showroom I have already heard a couple of great wins. If you have any wins, please let me know.Here is one example when asked how the new products are working in the showroom:

And has already been useful for showing the differences between the Washlets and what I mean by the “plate” to cover the Washlet+ hole on the SS124. 
Washlet UpdateThe Washletupdate is most of the products in the line are off of allocation and we will see shorter lead times moving forward. Due to the high demand TOTO had to increase production.

  • We are currently meeting our goal response time of 48 business hours for all email boxes.

Bryn Mawr – Brushed Black

  • All open orders for the Bryn Mawr in the Brushed Black finish shipped.

Profiles – Medicine Cabinet – Matte Black – 16” W

  • We are currently unable to produce the 16” W Medicine Cabinet in the Matte Black finish. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by mid-November.

Profiles – Lighting

  • We are currently unable to produce Profiles Lighting. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by early November.

Freestanding Legs

  • We are currently unable to produce the 30” legs. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the end of November.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and stone tops are back to a 4 week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are back to a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

Sloan: Reduced Hours of Operation During Thanksgiving & Winter Holidays

HOLIDAY HOURS OF OPERATION
 
As we approached the year’s end, we want to make you aware of our reduced holiday hours so that you can plan accordingly. To allow for annual maintenance in our facilities, the last production day will be Friday, December 20.  It is important that you submit all purchase orders as early as possible. 
 
The Sloan Customer Service and Technical Support teams will be available by phone and email during the holidays. OneSloan, our wholesale portal, is available 24/7.
*Reduced holiday hours of operation: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CST

Waterworks Lead Time Notice

Just a heads up on our Standard Shipping – please include an added 4-5 days to your regular transit times. Added time is needed to pack orders and prioritize shipments. Expedited service is not affected, only standard shipments/ground service.

Please let me know if you have any questions – I wanted to give everyone the heads up on this.

Basco: Extended Lead Times Expected for 6150/7150 Sliders in Chrome

Important Update!  Please be aware that extended lead times may occur for our 6150/7150 Deluxe Bypass models in Chrome, due to a recent increase in demand. If this occurs, we expect to be back up to speed before the end of the month. Deluxe 6150/7150 models are still available with regular lead times in Brushed Nickel, Oil Rubbed Bronze and all other painted finishes.”
