Expand Your Focus!
When your customer says your price is too high, do you immediately begin focusing on discount options?
If so, it’s time to Expand Your Focus to determine the real reason they feel your price is too high by just asking.
How come you feel the price is too high? Then be silent and wait for their response.
As long as you continue to focus on price, you will never have the opportunity to provide the customer with a customized value your product or service provides.
Don’t forget that your outlook will impact the outcome!

Hi Dealers!
I am excited to share we officially have stock of our Wall Hung Basin collection in Dallas! Apollo, Ayla, Jura, and Deck will all be stocked in Midnight Blue, Forest Green, and Plaster Pink. This collection is rolling out a flat freight rate for both stocking and quick ship. Pricing includes brackets, pop-up drain, and internal overflow.
“Quick Ship” Wall Hung Basins will not have to wait for a container and will ship direct from the factory. The lead time for these basins will be 6-8 weeks. Quick ship is defined as any Marbleform© color that we do not stock the Wall Hung Basin Collection in.
Stocked Wall Hung Basin colors will have a total lead time of 2 weeks. The Apollo basin for the stocking collection will come with 3-predrilled holes- 8” spread.

Basco “Coppia” Out of Stock

We regret to inform you that Basco’s Coppia adjustable single swing (COPA-900) & Coppia adjustable Door & Panel (COPA-935) models in all finish options are currently out of stock, until further notice.
However, a great alternative to the Coppia doors are our Celesta CELN-900 and CELA-935.
Thank you for your patience as we work through these continued supply chain challenges. Our Purchasing Department is working diligently to procure the needed material as quickly as possible. We will notify you when these models are back in stock.

We are not able to support the Silver Screen, Smoke Screen, and Ocean finishes for warranty replacement, as the glass cannot be produced. New orders also cannot be placed, as Silver Screen and Smoke Screen were discontinued on September 1, 2021, and Ocean was discontinued on February 1, 2022. If you need design assistance to help suggest other finish options for new orders, please reach out to the Customer Delight Team.

During a recent training session, I changed it to, “Nothing happens until somebody is properly trained to sell something,” and it starts with learning that selling is not telling and talking; it’s active listening, asking questions, and then providing a customized solution.
Sometimes it’s yes, and sometimes it’s not now.
