Nothing Happens Until Somebody Sells Something!
You have probably heard this statement before. It may have been from me.
Nothing happens until somebody sells something.
During a recent training session, I changed it to, “Nothing happens until somebody is properly trained to sell something,” and it starts with learning that selling is not telling and talking; it’s active listening, asking questions, and then providing a customized solution.
Sometimes it’s yes, and sometimes it’s not now.
