New products We are working on new photography and specs for the textured product and the ROC shower bases. The Darlington sell sheet is attached.

ANEX We are still on the hunt for a supplier for the ANEX blower. We are currently testing a new supplier and the results are looking positive. We hope to have more for you by the next Memo.
Urban Apron The Urban Apron is getting more attention and some clarification is necessary. The Urban Storage shelf cannot be added to an alcove tub like the Kent or Turo. We use a special mold for this feature that is designed to provide a finished, hidden, tilt-out door and the hardware necessary to open the door and hold the shelf. It’s an actual door in the skirt and not just a cut-out. You’ll need to order a drop-in model with a panel skirt. It can still be made seamless but seamless will cost more.
Defensive packaging In an effort to further protect ourselves from shipping headaches, we are switching to red tinted shrink wrap to ship our products. We have had some issues with shippers removing our products from their original skids or groupings and re-packaging them to suit their loads. By switching to red shrink wrap, the customer will easily see if the product has been re-packaged and potentially manhandled. Charlotte is using it now. North Hollywood should have it in circulation by the end of May. We hope this helps us with communication with the customer and claims with our freight companies.

Gerber Update on Trim Kits for Waste & Overflows Plus Brushed Bronze Toilet Tank Lever
Gerber has trim kits for their waste & overflows in Chrome, Brushed Nickel, Satin Black and Brushed Bronze. Easily coordinate with Gerber faucets and shower trim.
Gerber has also now added a Brushed Bronze universal toilet tank lever.
AGA Price Increase and New Model Introduction
Hot off the press! The newly redesigned AGA price books featuring all of the new Class Cast Iron collection are attached. Pricing shown goes into effect May 16, 2022. Just a reminder that this update reflects the following in the US:
- All Mercury & Elise series had a 10% increase. Mercury series now has new color names, BUT we have cross-referenced what replaces what as the physical color (e.g. Ash Black = Matte Black) is the same. We are still working thru some inventory on the existing names, but we have started receiving the new finishes in Buford and Chino.
- The new R7 and eR7 Classic AGA series had a 5% increase on the 24” and 39” width units. 7% on 60” wide or greater models.

As most of you know I have struggled with severe pain in my legs for the past 3 years. Tomorrow I will have Lumbar Nerve Decompression Surgery L2-3,L3-4,L4-5,L5-S1. I will not be able to travel for the next 4-6 weeks. While I heal, I plan on working out of my home office starting on Monday May 9th 2022. Universal Design for Bathrooms by ClearMirror
Universal Design elements are designed and built-in across the entire home and allow homeowners to remain in their homes as they become less mobile. The bathroom is no exception and the designs can be stunning.
Bench Seating — Fog Free Mirrors
Bench seating is a standard feature in a Universal Bath Design. Adding a ShowerLite or a Shower ClearMirror fog-free mirror positioned near the bench at face level and another one at standing height is an ideal accessory for the design.
Fog free shower mirrors located by the bench allow for shaving and facial treatments in the comfort of the shower. A must have where using a vanity mirror is not an option.
