Fleurco has come across an issue with the hinges on their Halo Single View door and two models on their Halo Tri View door Medicine Cabinets.  Therefore, they have stopped shipping those Medicine Cabinets and are in the process of redesigning the hinges.

Below is a list of the models affected along with their respective replacement doors:

2. MCHT6036-14
3. MCHS1930-14
4. MCHS1936-14
5. MCHS2430-14
6. MCHS2436-14

They anticipate shipping existing orders (including replacement doors) within the next 60 days.  Any new orders placed going forward can anticipate shipment within 90 days.

If you come across an issue with any of the models listed above regarding the function of the door hinges, please contact me directly with the model number, PO#, a couple of photos showing the issue and a brief description.

Robern is having a price increase on select products and a freight increase effective September 1, 2023.

Please see the email below from Robern detailing the select products this increase will affect and the attached price file in excel.

The new freight charges will be:

• $2,000 net minimum order for freight paid by Robern
• Under $2,000 net minimum will incur a $190 freight charge
• Under $1,000 net minimum will incur a $175 freight charge
• Under $500 net minimum will incur a $95 freight charge

You can now order samples directly through Hansgrohe’s ProSite! To do this, you must be registered for the ProSite.

If you are not registered, follow the steps below:

1. Press this link- https://pro.hansgrohe-usa.com/
2. Once on the Hansgrohe ProSite press “new registration”. Answer questions and then press submit.
3. The request will go to Hansgrohe and once approved (which can take a week or so) you will receive an email by “Partner Support” to set up your password.

Your architect and designers can also register for the site and order samples directly for their projects.  Once they are registered Hansgrohe can add them to their contacts for future communications on new products.

The ProSite has a lot of great information you can access.  Please see the attached flyer for what can be found on the site.

Once you are registered for the ProSite follow the steps below to order samples:

1. Go to Consultation and Planning
2. Press Finish Samples
3. Pick the samples you need and fill out an online form.

Please note this is not to order every sample, but individual sample(s) for projects.

The last few weeks have been challenging as we implemented the new Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our Lumberton, NJ facility. Our operations have been disrupted and our normal shipping capacity has been temporarily reduced.  Due to some unforeseen circumstances, recovery will take a little longer than initially anticipated, but I can assure you we are doing everything we can to resume standard lead times.

Until we have a clearer picture on when we will be fully recovered, here is a general guideline: Any orders placed for in-stock product, starting in July and continuing through late August, should expect a 4 to 5 week lead time. We understand these longer lead times will create expedited requests; unfortunately, at the moment we are not able to prioritize orders as the WMS system ships orders oldest to newest. 

As soon as we are confident we can beat those extended lead times, we will release another communication. We want to be as transparent as possible as we all navigate this challenging time. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused, and appreciate your patience as we work diligently to return to standard practices.
