We are very excited to introduce you to our STILE series, the latest addition to our bathroom furniture lines. This classic furniture line features vintage style vanities with marble countertops and undermount porcelain sinks.

Several points make this series especially attractive, namely: the wide selection of sizes and finishes for vanities and countertops, classic shaker style door and drawer fronts, and extra storage space on the bottom slotted wooden shelf. Vanities come with a selection of different wall-mount and free-standing configurations ranging from 24″ to 72″ wide, for single and double sinks. Countertops can be drilled to suit any faucet configuration as well. The clean classic appeal of this line makes it equally suitable for traditional as well as modern decor.

The production takes place in Chicago; thus, inquires for custom sizes and options are also welcome.

Emtek is currently developing a new latch going back to the standard
2 3/8″ or 2 3/4″ options. This will be replacing the ADJUSTABLE latch
currently used.

Reminders….E mailing customer service representatives at Emtek will usually only cause delays in getting the help you need immediately and frustrate you greatly. Because the focus at Emtek is getting your order entered and built in 1-3 days, unlike other door hardware lines, they do not work through e mail… phone calls only. I must go through the same process of calling in.

I will be starting my Fall travel schedule shortly which means I will be on the road seeing dealers back to back throughout my travel day. It becomes very difficult for me to help you Immediately when I am traveling. It takes me 8-12 weeks of travel to cover my territory and I usually travel Tuesday through Thursday.

Emtek customer service can provide immediate help with parts issues. They have a “parts bin” located in the customer service area. Many times the CSR can get the part you need from the bin during your phone call and mail it to you or your customer that day. If the part in not available, the CSR will do a parts request from the factory, which could take 2-3 days, then mail it out. Please always get the CSR’s name and make a note of it. This can be very helpful if I need to get involved tracking down your part. I am attaching the “Parts List” and product order numbers I sent out last week to help you help yourself quickly. You should be able to process parts needs through e mail at orders@emtek.com. You will be charged for parts ordered unless you call in due to defect, incorrect packing etc..

When help is needed, please have your original purchase order or the Emtek SALES ORDER # available to give the CSR or if I am involved, I will need this as well. I do not have access to visually see your PO or the Sales order information. When you need help, I want to resolve the issue as quickly and painlessly as possible for you. Please help me help you.

Please let me know if there is a particular product you would like to add to your Emtek display collection or if you are low on Emtek literature. I am attaching the current literature available. I can get this ordered for you

Attention All:

I just been informed that the factory has depleted stock on the 424, Undercounter wine units. The replacement model is the UW-24. It has the same capacity. The UW-24 has a desert rack and inventory tiles as accessories.
