Please be advised that ports along the Eastern seaboard from Boston to Houston have gone on strike. In the interim we are rerouting containers of product housed in our Irvine, CA warehouse through the Panama Canal. As a result, you may see extended lead times for products. This may also impact the availability of items in the DécorXpress program.

I am excited to announce that Miele is upping their game on the builder side. We are launching a new builder program October 1^st. To end 2024 and hit 2025 running we are now a bit more aggressive on the builder side. I will be starting tNo focus a bit more on the builder side of the business now that the new program is launching. I am letting you know first off before I start scheduling meetings with your team in regards to the new program. This will be a much more exclusive offer to you as only a few dealers in my entire 4 state territory will have access to this programming. I have attached the inventory levels and our kitchen package program along with the new promos starting on Sunday! The dishwasher 5 yr warranty and free CM5300 are expired. Also the 10-year warranty on Ranges expired on this past Sunday. As always if you need anything please reach out!!

Please see the upcoming changes with Thermador cooktops.  Now is a good time to go through your bids and make the changes or delete quotes that are no longer relevant. Let me know if you need help running a report on Thermador only.

See below and attached from Americh regarding their Hot Rush Program.

This year we’ve seen a significant uptick in Hot Rush orders. 

We have decided to permanently adjust the timeframes on our Hot Rush program to make sure we are hitting the published/promised dates across the country.  The prices remain the same.  The new program sheet is attached.

What’s the change? 

The new production days for Hot Rush orders are 5 days longer in all categories than the previous dates.  We will STILL get the product to the customer 5+ days sooner than the standard lead times and this may help to cover some of the transport/transfer time anywhere in the country. 

We have also added a separate line for ROC product.

We feel these adjustments will help us avoid any further ‘pauses’ to the program or the uncomfortable calls to the sales person informing them that we will not get the product out on time.

This goes into effect October 1^st.
