THG Production Update
As we continue to grow as a global brand, we are currently experiencing increased demand which has resulted in temporary delays in production timelines.
Please be assured that this is a short-term challenge, and we already have measures in place to improve and expand our production capacity. We remain fully committed to delivering the highest level of quality and service throughout this period of growth.
To help minimize potential delays or disappointment with your clients, we kindly ask that you place orders as early as possible and not hold them back, allowing us the maximum production time to fulfill them efficiently.
Please note the following temporary lead time adjustments based on plated trim finishes:
Non-PVD finishes: please allow 12-14 weeks lead time
PVD finishes: please allow 20-24 weeks lead time
Our rough valving will continue to be available as normal.
If you have any orders with particular urgency, we encourage you to communicate this directly with our Purchasing Department. We will do our very best to realistically support your deadlines wherever possible.

Program Details
- Associate / Dealer must provide Paid in Full Invoice with a purchase date between July 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
- Qualifying 4-Piece package must include the purchase of a Thermador Range or Wall Oven and either a Built-in Refrigerator, Single Column, or Free-Standing Refrigerator.
- Only qualifying serialized pieces qualify for the 4-Piece package – accessories will not count towards qualifying units in the 4-Piece package.
- Promotion valid only on applicable current Thermador models listed in the Q3/Q4 programs.
- To be eligible for this promotion, all appliances must be purchased on one invoice.

Miele Refreshed Pedestal Update
I wanted to send out an update regarding our new pedestals. We still have good amounts of the old models left and need to sell thru them all before we start getting the new models. Therefore when ordering laundry pedestals please continue to use the old model number until further notice!! Thanks!
- WTS 610 is temporarily deactivated and not available for ordering at this time.
- WTS 510 remains the active option and should continue to be offered with laundry installations.
WTS 610 will be reactivated once the remaining WTS 510 inventory has sufficiently sold through. The two products are nearly identical, with no spec differences.

Cal Faucets: Important Update-Isolated Parts Shortages
Some of you have experienced frustrating shipping delays on a limited number of our products, and I want to personally acknowledge that and apologize. I know these delays have impacted your projects and your customers and this is not the level of reliability you expect from us. We take responsibility for that and are working hard on fixing it.
I also know the details below will offer little comfort if your order is delayed. Our customer service team is always available to help. In some cases they may not yet have a firm delivery date as information changes daily while our teams work continuously to resolve the issues. But please don’t let the conversation stop there. We value your partnership and will explore every option to support urgent projects, including temporary or permanent substitutions when possible. Call our team and ask—we’ll do everything we can.
That said, I will share some context and assure you that, even if it doesn’t feel that way yet, we are making real progress toward completing these orders.
Over the past year, one of our long time parts suppliers has struggled to keep pace with our growth. We have worked closely with them for months, but in some cases we have needed to transition parts to alternate suppliers. This is a careful and time-consuming process. Most of these parts are our own designs, require specialized tooling, and must be fully verified and tested before approval. While painful and slow, it’s critical we do this right. Our new American Bath Group partners have been a big help, contributing talented resources that have allowed us to move faster than we could have on our own.
The good news is the impact is largely isolated to a small group of products, including pot fillers, some kitchen faucets, the Balboa series tub filler, and select San Elijo products. Outside of these, our factory is performing extremely well and lead times continue to improve. As of last week, 85% of our products were shipping in three weeks or less—each one built to order and finished, assembled, and tested here in our Huntington Beach facility. Even most PVD finishes are shipping in under six weeks. I am confident we will further reduce our lead times and set the industry standard for custom faucet delivery, quality, and service.
