I have attached the current promos in PDF form along with our newly updated product reference guide. Reminder that price increase goes into effect on July 1^st, make sure to avoid orders are placed and taken delivery to your warehouse by August 14^th. Attached is the new pricing for the increase as well as the Inventory levels and they are as of this week 6/16/25. Our $200 install rebate starts back up again on June 30^th!

 A new program Miele is running is nice discounts on discontinued items. I have added the sheet for which items get special pricing. If anyone has interest in these please reach out and I can fill out the special order form.

Gerber has new toilet installation closet bolts. Samples are available. They look like an easy install and the flat cap finish is very nice. They are a little pricey but for some of your clients they may want to pay a couple extra dollars for the clean look and easy cleaning.

Attached to this email are details related to a Speed Queen front load and stack washer/dryer mail in rebate offer running June 23 – July 27. Please print off the attached promotional flyer and affix it to your store display model. The instructions on how to claim can be found on paid TWO of the official rebate form (2^nd attachment).

JennAir has made the decision to conclude the Essential Luxury Suite Program. The program will officially end on July 23rd, 2025.
All qualifying sales written on or before July 23rd, 2025 will still be honored. There is a 60 day deadline to claim promotional dollars, provided the order was written during the eligible program window.
