Below is information regarding Hansgrohe closures and non-shipping days from Thanksgiving through New Years. We hope everyone has a safe and happy holiday season. Please let us know if you have any questions.  

***Please note- To ensure sales are booked in 2020 for either rebate or tier pricing purposes we strongly recommend all orders be sent in by 12/18.  With that said, we are going to continue to ship through 12/28. ***

In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closing at 3:00PM ET on Wednesday, November 25^th and will be closedthrough Friday, November 27^th for the holiday.

Below are some important cutoff times to note:

·         Cutoff for PO order entry is Tuesday, Nov 24^th at 6PM ET

·         All PO’s received after Wednesday, Nov 25^th at 12PM ET will be entered the following week

·         Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is Wednesday, November 25^th at 11AM ET

·         All sample orders sent week of November 23^rd will be entered the following week   

As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Monday, November 30^th.

    The key date is November 25^{t h} for ordering all current E-series ovens, Discontinue Dual Fuel Ranges, Discontinue Induction ranges, and Discontinued free standing under counter wine storage before November 25^th.

GERBER IS PROUD TO INTRODUCE: Viper® 0.8 gpf 10” Rough-in Tank  Gerber’s Viper® low flow family of toilets has added two new combos with the debut of the 0.8 gpf 10″ rough-in tank. The 0.8 gpf flow rate now includes four two-piece toilet combinations, including 12″ and 10″ rough-ins. Inventory is in and shipping now! The Viper 0.8 gpf sell sheet has been updated to reflect the new tank, and round front and elongated ErgoHeight™ combo information. Additionally, the new combos are live on the Gerber website where you can find also technical documents.

 Attached are 3 memos regrading upcoming product changes from the Sub-Zero Group and a memo on the New Best WCN1 series hood.

   The Best WCN130SS and WCN136SS hoods are available now. The new models of Wolf will be available in the first half of next year starting with the new e-series oven. The Under Counters from Sub-Zero should be available in February. The current models of Sub-Zero and Wolf must be ordered by November 25^th.  Ordered any current models now.
