For those who have orders in you have experienced that lead times are longer recently.Phylrich had very strong growth in 2020 despite the challenges of the pandemic.  Sales were up well into double digits.
The owner invested in more equipment and employees to accommodate the growth and plan for the future.  We were making progress.
Then Phylrich announced a 10% price increase on the “legacy” designs in the program that went into effect February 1st.  
The result was a significant increase in orders the last 10 days of January as customers wanted to beat the increase.  This put us behind again.
I am told that we are making progress and expect to be back to stated lead times in 30 days.  
The company considers these finishes as standard 004, 014, 015, 026 and 040 with a target lead time of 4 to 6 weeks and all other finishes will be 8 weeks; hopefully by April 1st.

This line is growing very quickly for us. It’s always been a great shower door and shower base line but now the tubs are selling very well and the new wall system is taking off.

Fleurco’s quality is excellent, price points are fair and service levels are great. If your order is in stock Fleurco ships in 2 days out of stock 2/3 weeks.

Attached is the new 2021 price schedule from Best. This is not a price increase. The hard copies are on order. Please note that the Slot/DC54 and the Cirrus Grande/CC34—-63” have been discontinued. (Attached Memo.)

PL Series Electric – 24” W Medicine Cabinets – Black Interior

• We shipped all existing orders for the PL Series Electric – 24” W Medicine Cabinets with Black Interior. For new orders, we expect to be able to ship by the EO March.

Uplift Tech Medicine Cabinets

• We shipped all existing orders for the Uplift Tech Medicine Cabinets, with the exception of the below.
• We are currently unable to produce the UC48276RP3E4N. We expect to be able to ship all open orders by the EO February.

M Series Beveled Medicine Cabinets – 24” W x 30” H

• We shipped all existing orders for the M Series Beveled Medicine Cabinets – 24” W x 30” H.

1.5” Modular Lights

• We are currently unable to produce the 1.5” Modular Lights. We expect to begin production again at the end of February. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early March.

Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold. We expect to begin shipping again by the end of March. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the middle of April.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are at a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

Recently one of our major suppliers of our cultured marble has run out of material. We have anticipated this shortage and have decided to switch suppliers to ensure we are still able to produce a quality product. So what does this mean for you?

Our new supplier produces a cleaner material making our cultured marble products brighter and whiter. This will affect the majority of our white marble colors and lighter Tyvarian colors. We have attached an imagine for you to compare.

We are planning on providing new samples for our customers but at this time, the demand for ordered product is greater. We are putting all our efforts into taking care of your customers by manufacturing their orders first. We understand that you may need a specific sample and we are happy to supply those if need be. Should you need to order a sample of our new white cultured marble, please email orders@amitops.com and we will do our best to produce those as quickly as possible.
