A couple of items I wanted to share with you.

1) Smithfield II Pricing – please find attached both an updated 2021 Excel Pricing file that includes the 1544 Smithfield II pricing and a PDF Smithfield II pricing sheet.

2)  Please see below for ETA’s of when Fairmont expects  to see the first shipments of the new introductions: (2021 New Introductions brochure should be available next month.)

Based on this update Fairmont has decided to delay the  “Launch Display Promotion” until they get closer to having these new products available. Fairmont feels that delaying the promotion  is the right thing to do as they continue to catch up with their current inventory situation. 

3)  Also, in the attachment is the  Fairmont Sale sheet that has deep discounted net prices on the discontinued items that Fairmont still has inventory.

Just a quick update on TFG lead times, – we are currently looking at 8 – 10 weeks for standard orders and  8 – 10 weeks for custom orders after the 1-2 week lead time for CAD approvals. TFG is working on decreasing these lead times in the near future but we also want to give you and your clients realistic expectations. We will keep you updated on any changesThanks so much for your continued support!

Mountain Plumbing just introduced our brand new Francis Anthony faucets with different spout styles and Industrial Handles. I attached a list with pricing of all new models along with a couple of close ups of the industrial handles. These faucets are available to order now, display pricing is at .225.
We are also now offering the new knurled airswitch and a new traditional airswitch. Both spec sheets as well as pricing are attached.

• We are currently between a 24-48 business hour response time for all email boxes.

Vitality – 24” W x 40” H Mirror – Perimeter Lit, Title 24

• We shipped out all open orders and are back to our normal lead time on the YM2440RPFPD3K. 

Vitality – 48” W x 36” H (Rotate) Mirror – Perimeter Lit

• We shipped out all open orders and are back to our normal lead time on the YM4836RPFPD3P. 

Sculpt – 25” W x 41” H (Slim) and 27” W x 43” H (Chamfer) Mirrors – Title 24

• We shipped out all open orders for the above sizes in all finishes (Chrome, Polished Nickel, Matte Gold, Matte Black) and are back to our normal lead time.

PL Series White & Black Medicine Cabinets – Non-Electric & Electric

• We will be accepting orders for the PL Series White and Black Medicine Cabinets through April 30^th. As they are discontinued, they will be available in limited quantities (while supplies last).

Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 48” H – Matte Gold. We expect to begin shipping again by early June. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the middle of June.

Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 16” W – Matte Black

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 16” W – Matte Black. We expect to begin shipping again by the middle of April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the end of April.

Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 20” W – Chrome

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 20” W – Chrome. We expect to begin shipping again by the middle of April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the end of April.

Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 24” W – Matte Gold

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Medicine Cabinets – 24” W – Matte Gold. We expect to begin shipping again by the middle of April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the end of April.

Vitality – 30” W x 40” H Mirror – Perimeter Lit

• We are currently unable to ship the YM3040RPFPD3. We expect to begin to ship by the end of May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early June.

Sculpt – 31” W x 41” H (Slim) and 33” W x 43” H (Chamfer) Mirrors

• We are currently unable to ship the above sizes in all finishes (Chrome, Polished Nickel, Matte Gold, Matte Black). We expect to begin to ship by the end of May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by early June.

M Series Push Kit

• We are currently unable to produce the M Series Push Kit. We expect to begin shipping again by the middle of May. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 3^rd week in May.

Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H

• We are currently unable to produce the Profiles Mirror Ganging Kit – 24” W x 30” H. We expect to begin shipping again by the end of April. We expect to be back to our normal 2 week lead time by the 1^st week in May.

Classic and Inspire finishes, Profiles vanities, and Engineered Stone Tops are at a 4 week lead time.

All other cabinets, wall mirrors, vanities in the Essentials finishes, lighting, and glass tops are at a 2 week lead time. To review standard lead times, visit here.

Beginning April 19, 2021, lead times for all standard Furniture Guild products will be 8-10 weeks. Custom orders will maintain the 1-2 week lead time for CAD approvals then follow with an 8-10 week production time. While we hope to decrease the lead time in the near future, we also want to provide realistic ship dates for your customers.
