Waterworks Holiday Schedule & Important Cutoff Times
In observance of the upcoming Thanksgiving Holiday, the Waterworks Support Center and Distribution Center will be closed on the following days next week: Thursday, November 27th & Friday, November 28th.
In addition, please note the following:
- The Distribution Center will be closing on Wednesday, 11/26 at 2:00PM ET
- The Support Center will be closing on Wednesday, 11/26 at 3:00PM ET
- Service Queues will be closed at 3:00PM ET
- Please reach out to your Regional Team through the group emails with questions
Distribution Center shipping cutoff times are as follows:
- The cutoff for expedited shipments, including service levels 2-day and overnight, will be at 12:00P ET on Tuesday, November 25th
- Expedited requests need Regional approval BEFORE the PO is submitted
The company will resume regular business hours Monday, December 1st. If you need assistance during the break, please text Melinda Ness (970.309.8499).

• Our Customer Experience and Product Service teams are experiencing longer response times due to increased volume of product maintenance and potential warranty issues.
• To help speed things up, please include all required information at the start of your warranty request: homeowner name, address, model number, date of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. Please refer to the warranty form for full explanation.
• The Fillable Warranty Form (available to download using the link below) includes all details needed to submit a complete request.
• Our teams are working overtime to stay on track and aim to be fully caught up by the end of 2025.

Blanco Shipping Procedure
Blanco is going to put a “Pre-Pulling” shipping schedule in place effective 12/1/2025.
OH, WV & PA customers orders will be entered every Tuesday and shipped every Monday.
It would be best to accumulate your orders submit one purchase order to meet the $2500 FFA policy. If orders are less than $2500 freight will be applied accordingly.
BLANCO SHIPPING POLICY
- We would receive and hold all purchase orders until Tuesday.
- Internal PO Order entry and Order load will occur between Tuesday & Monday.
- Following Monday, product will ship to each customer location. (6 business days after we collect the last PO)
Some of the additional Benefits to pre-pulling:
- Dedicated truck from Lumberton, NJ
- Reduced transit time
- Improved inventory availability for sales orders
- Enhanced on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery performance
- Lower product damage during transit
Blanco does realize that there will be a slight delay at first but only until they get through the initial ramp up of this shipping procedure.
